Kieth cofounded Neon Partners in 2006 which became Approach Partners in 2013. Prior to Approach, he has forty years experience in the technology sector, from engineer at NASA to CEO, NASDAQ IPO to PE management. He is qualified as public audit committee member and BoD chairman. Kieth was the CEO of two public companies and has been on the board of numerous others, including many start ups. Kieth was the head of engineering at computer graphics pioneer Ramtek before founding RasterOps, the creator of photorealistic color on the Macintosh in 1986. Kieth was Silicon Valley High Tech CEO of the year in 1992.

Kieth has a BA in Mathematics from San Jose State University.
